By downloading, installing, or using InkCare ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

InkCare is a tattoo aftercare tracking application that helps users manage their tattoo healing process through reminders, photo documentation, and care logging. The App operates entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.

Not Medical Advice

InkCare is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App provides general aftercare guidance based on common tattoo healing practices. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow your tattoo artist's specific aftercare instructions and consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns about your tattoo's healing.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device
• You acknowledge that uninstalling the App will delete all app-specific data
• You agree to use the App for its intended purpose of tracking tattoo aftercare

In-App Purchases

InkCare offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual) and a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

Intellectual Property

InkCare and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InkCare and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your photos and personal data within the App remain your property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InkCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
